While less spontaneous, this person cares a lot about intentionality and making sure the details have been hit on the head, every single time.

There are pros and cons to both of these types of people, and neither is better than the other. What’s important is that you understand the type of person you’re working with, and are able to provide them with what they need in order to be successful.

You Don’t Have to Be Perfect, You Just Have to be Consistent
