2. Empathize with their problem

Customers are often frustrated and unhappy, but don’t understand how to fix the problem at hand. That’s where you come in. By speaking to their frustration and explaining how what you offer can bring clarity, you will generate emotional buy-in to your business.

3. Give the customer clear next steps.

Make the call to action (CTA) clear and accessible. Place it in the body of the page, at the top of the page, everywhere. Give your customer every opportunity to buy from you, rather than playing coy. If you want the sale, you need to ask for it, and CTA’s are the perfect way to drive customers past casual browsing into action.
