You’ve heard it said many, many times- content is king. And providing value for your customers is key to getting them to listen to you and grow your business. You’re not doing it though, and the reason you’re not doing it may be a little bit different than what you think.

They think they can just create content, but the key aspect that they are missing is it has to be built into the routine. If it is not built into the routine, you are only making it harder for yourself to produce content consistently. You’re going to have a very hard time sustaining the process.
Create a System
You need to be able to create a system where your team can produce interesting, valuable material for your customers and do it in a way where it’s not going to disrupt their entire day. For instance, every morning I walk to work, so I started shooting videos on my walk. By having a time where I can get video in every day, it becomes easy to create and produce content.
